Gen. Polko: Poles in threatened areas should use Ukrainian warning apps
Major General Roman Polko, former commander of the GROM special forces unit, has criticised Poland's Government Security Centre (RCB) for its ineffective public warning system. He said residents in threatened areas of the Lublin region should download Ukrainian mobile alert apps, as Ukraine's warning system is already well-developed. Polko called on Poland to stop repeating the same mistakes and modernise its alert infrastructure.
