Mother appeals to Poland's First Lady: "lex charlatan" law may cut off access to medical cannabis

Dorota Gudaniec, a mother who fought to secure access to medical cannabis for her child in Poland, has sent an appeal to First Lady Marta Nawrocka. She warns that the so-called "lex charlatan" bill, aimed at combating pseudo-medicine, could in practice strip patients of their right to treatment. The fate of the bill now rests with President Karol Nawrocki.
