Tusk announces Piorun air-defence contract funded by EU's SAFE instrument

Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced a planned contract for Piorun short-range air-defence systems, to be funded through the European SAFE defence fund. The announcement came alongside the signing of offset agreements for Apache Guardian helicopter maintenance at the Military Aviation Works No. 1 in Łódź.
