Poland eyes unused EU SAFE funds in new round of defence negotiations

Poland plans to seek additional funds from the EU's SAFE defence programme — money left unused by other member states. Deputy Defence Minister Paweł Zalewski announced a fresh round of negotiations with the European Commission. Poland will present its own defence projects to absorb the remaining funds.
