Poland's AI law takes effect — complaints possible from October

Most provisions of Poland's AI systems law came into force on Tuesday. The key elements include an AI Development and Security Commission, a regulatory sandbox, and a complaints mechanism for AI systems — the latter becoming available from October. The law brings Poland in line with EU AI regulation efforts.
