Balczun: JSW needs deep restructuring, not just a billion-zloty loan

Minister of State Assets Wojciech Balczun said on RMF FM that Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa requires deep restructuring. He stressed that JSW should also seek commercial financing, warning that a billion-zloty loan alone is insufficient to put the company back on track.
