From October, Poles will be able to file complaints about AI systems

Poland's law on artificial intelligence systems came into force on Tuesday. Its key elements include the creation of the KRiBSI oversight commission, a regulatory sandbox for testing AI solutions, and — from October — the ability for citizens to file complaints about AI systems. The law implements the EU AI Act into Polish legislation.
