YouTube Premium Lite coming to Poland, but creator requirements are doubling
YouTube is expanding its cheaper Premium Lite plan to all countries where full YouTube Premium is available, including Poland. At the same time, from 1 February 2027, the platform is doubling Partner Programme requirements: channels will need 1,000 subscribers and 8,000 watch hours in 12 months, or 20 million Shorts views in 90 days. The tougher thresholds make monetisation harder for smaller creators.
