Farmer ploughed over a road, arrested — lawyer says pre-trial detention unjustified

A Polish farmer who ploughed over a section of road has been remanded in custody. Lawyer Karolina Pilawska told Polsat News the pre-trial detention is unjustified given the man has admitted guilt, and noted that Polish courts grant around 90% of all detention requests. A petition calling for the farmer's release has been launched.
