CERT Orange warns of fake CAPTCHA malware and fake MOPS SMS stealing personal data

CERT Orange has warned Polish users of two new scam schemes. The first involves a fake CAPTCHA that instructs users to open PowerShell and paste a malicious command, installing malware. The second is a fake SMS purportedly from a social welfare office (MOPS) that leads to a form harvesting personal ID numbers, document numbers and payment card details.
