Turkey parliament passes law on reintegrating PKK militants

Turkey's parliament has passed a landmark law outlining how PKK militants can reintegrate into civilian life, marking a major step toward ending four decades of armed conflict. The legislation does not, however, resolve the future of imprisoned PKK leader Abdullah Ocalan.
