Ukraine fortifies Chernobyl area against possible invasion from Belarus

Ukraine is fortifying the area around the Chernobyl nuclear power plant against a possible renewed Russian invasion from the north via Belarus, according to German newspaper Der Spiegel. Troops are constructing trenches and anti-drone nets at the site. The preparations reflect concerns about a repeat of the route Russian forces used at the start of the full-scale invasion.
