Ukrainian drone strikes Nizhnekamsk refinery deep in Russia, killing at least 13
A Ukrainian drone struck the Taneco oil refinery in Nizhnekamsk, approximately 1,200 km from the Ukrainian border, killing at least 13 people according to the local mayor. Footage online showed thick smoke rising from the facility. Kyiv confirmed the strike as part of its intensifying long-range campaign targeting Russian economic infrastructure, making this one of the deadliest such attacks of the war.
