Kaczyński at Smolensk anniversary: the day of punishment for those responsible will come

PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński, speaking at a monthly Smolensk anniversary commemoration in Warsaw, vowed that those responsible for the tragedy would face punishment. "The day of victory and punishment will come for those who stood behind this crime," he declared. Kaczyński once again framed the Smolensk air disaster as a deliberate crime.
