Polish MFA cancels 3 contracts with "Polonia Connect", freezes 630,000 PLN
Poland's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has cancelled three contracts with the organisation "Polonia Connect" and frozen 630,000 PLN following an audit triggered by a July investigative piece by Wirtualna Polska. The ministry has also filed a request with the Supreme Audit Office to review all Polish diaspora grant competitions from 2025–2026. These are the first tangible consequences of the journalistic investigation.
