Archer Aviation acquires former rival Wisk Aero

Archer Aviation has acquired Wisk Aero, a company it was once embroiled in a trade secret theft lawsuit with. Wisk will now be absorbed into Archer. Both companies operate in the electric air taxi and advanced air mobility sector.
