Polish government approves Enea split, carving out energy sales unit

The Polish Council of Ministers approved the division of energy company Enea, allowing its retail sales operations to be spun off into a separate specialised subsidiary within the Enea Group. The company announced the decision in a press release. The move is part of the ongoing restructuring of Poland's state-owned energy sector.
