Ukrainian drones struck a massive petrochemical complex in Tobolsk, Siberia, more than 2,000 km from Ukraine's border, in what appears to be Kyiv's longest-range strike on Russian infrastructure to date. Videos of fires burning at the facility circulated widely on social media. Tobolsk is home to one of the world's largest petrochemical plants.
