Farmer Ploughed Up Fresh Asphalt in Gliwice — Arrested, Faces Up to 10 Years in Prison

A 60-year-old farmer in Gliwice used a tractor to plough up freshly laid asphalt on Rybacka Street. Neighbours revealed the dispute over the road had been ongoing for some time. The man has been charged with destroying property of significant value, remanded in custody for three months, and faces up to 10 years in prison.
