TK Chief Files Criminal Complaint Over Police Entry During Session

Constitutional Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski has filed a criminal complaint against a prosecutor and police officers who entered the TK's premises in mid-July during a session. Święczkowski claims the intervention was most likely aimed at disrupting the Tribunal's proceedings and unlawfully influencing its work.
