Russia exceeding its own Ch-101 missile production targets, Ukraine's intel says

Vadym Skibitsky, deputy head of Ukraine's military intelligence, has revealed that Russia is fulfilling some of its arms production plans above target levels. This includes the Ch-101 cruise missile — one of which came down over Polish territory at the end of July. The data points to a systematic build-up of Russian strike capabilities despite Western sanctions.
