Russian Athletics Federation files second CAS lawsuit demanding end to sanctions

The Russian Athletics Federation has filed a second lawsuit against World Athletics at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Russia is demanding the lifting of sanctions imposed on its federation and the reinstatement of Russian athletes to international competition. Russia has been suspended from international athletics for an extended period.
