Typhoon Dolphin hits China, cancelling hundreds of flights and causing floods

Typhoon Dolphin has struck eastern China, bringing torrential rain and flooding to several provinces. Hundreds of flights have been cancelled as a result of the storm. Emergency services are operating in the affected areas.
