RCB alert: storms with strong winds and power outages expected in four regions

Poland's Government Security Centre (RCB) issued an SMS alert warning of storms expected on Monday night. The hazards include heavy rainfall, strong winds and possible power outages. The warning was sent to residents of four voivodeships.
