Prosecutors appeal Michał Wiśniewski's acquittal to Poland's Supreme Court

The Warsaw-Praga District Prosecutor's Office has filed a cassation appeal to Poland's Supreme Court against the acquittal of singer Michał Wiśniewski. He was accused of fraudulently obtaining a 2.8 million złoty loan from SKOK Wołomin in 2006 by providing false income data. Prosecutors are challenging the acquittal and seeking a retrial.
