Nawrocki meets Pytel, pardoned after nearly 22 years for a murder he didn't commit

President Karol Nawrocki met with Piotr Pytel, whom he pardoned a week ago at the request of Justice Minister Żurek. Pytel had served nearly 22 years of a life sentence for a murder he did not commit. "It was important for me to thank the president, because his decision required courage," Pytel told Onet.
