Record 230 migrants cross the Channel on single 'mega-dinghy'

A dinghy carrying a record 230 people arrived in the UK after crossing the Channel in the early hours of Monday. The crossing is the clearest sign yet that people smugglers in northern France are shifting to larger vessels — so-called mega-dinghies — to evade enforcement by UK and French authorities.
