Flood aid scandal: 4.5M złoty went to firms in deputy director's village — KO politician suspended
The Karkonosze Regional Development Agency distributed 4.5 million złoty in flood relief to three companies from a single village — the home of the agency's deputy head and KO politician Anna Konieczyńska. One firm belongs to her husband, another to a neighbour, and a third to a local TV station owner, according to Wirtualna Polska. Konieczyńska has been suspended and opposition politicians have responded to the scandal.
