Prosecutors appeal acquittal of Michał Wiśniewski over SKOK Wołomin loan fraud

Polish prosecutors have filed a cassation appeal against a Warsaw Court of Appeal ruling that acquitted Ich Troje frontman Michał Wiśniewski of fraud charges. The case concerns a loan taken out roughly 20 years ago from SKOK Wołomin. Prosecutors are seeking to have the favourable verdict overturned.
