Compensation for renewable energy overproduction tops 100 million zloty

Compensation payments to wind and solar energy producers for overproduction have already surpassed 100 million zloty, according to Monday's edition of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. The issue arises when renewable energy supply exceeds grid demand and producers must be compensated for being forced to curtail output.
