KO to expel Anna Konieczyńska over flood aid scandal

Anna Konieczyńska, vice-president of the Karkonosze Regional Development Agency since February 2025 and a Civic Coalition member, is set to be expelled from the party, according to Wirtualna Polska. Her husband's firm received a loan from a flood relief fund she managed. Lower Silesian KO chief Michał Jaros confirmed her suspension and announced a party disciplinary hearing.
