July record for developers – flat sales up 36% year-on-year as buyers fear price hikes

In July, developers on Poland's seven largest housing markets sold nearly 4,400 flats – 36% more than a year earlier, according to the Tabelaofert.pl barometer. The surge is driven by buyers' fears of further price increases. Despite the strong sales, the number of units sold remains lower than the current supply of available properties.
