New Smart #2 promises triple the range of the original Smart EQ Fortwo

Smart is returning with its smallest EV, the new #2 model, which promises roughly triple the range of the original Smart EQ Fortwo. The EQ Fortwo had an EPA-estimated range of just 58 miles when sold in the US. The #2 is positioned as a far more practical urban electric vehicle.
