Razem proposes universal health tax covering farmers and clergy with no exemptions

Marcelina Zawisza, leader of the Razem parliamentary group, is proposing to replace the current health insurance contribution with a universal health tax. Under the plan, everyone — including farmers and clergy — would pay, with no exemptions allowed. Zawisza says this is the first element of a broader policy offensive by the party.
