World Cup controversy figure Balogun close to leaving Monaco for Premier League

Florian Balogun, the American striker at the centre of controversy at the last World Cup, is reportedly close to leaving AS Monaco, according to French newspaper Nice-Matin. The forward previously spent several years at Arsenal and could be set for a return to the Premier League.
