Polish MoD: citizens to get SMS alerts when jets scramble due to Ukraine threat

Deputy Defence Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka confirmed that Poland will introduce SMS alerts for citizens whenever fighter jets are scrambled in response to threats from Ukraine. The decision follows the lessons drawn from the incident in which a Russian missile entered Polish airspace. "We are drawing conclusions," the deputy minister told Wirtualna Polska.
