Vistula hits record low water level, no power cuts expected

Poland's meteorological institute IMGW recorded an alarmingly low water level of just 103 cm on the Vistula at the Warsaw-Bulwary gauge on Sunday. Energy Minister Miłosz Motyka confirmed on Monday that no power cuts or supply restrictions are forecast due to the low river level. Hydrological drought remains a serious concern in the country.
