Ukraine to buy ballistic missiles and cluster munitions from Turkey

Ukraine is set to purchase several dozen ballistic missiles and thousands of cluster munition rounds from Turkey. Both Ukraine and Russia are not signatories to the UN convention banning cluster munitions, making the deal legally permissible. The acquisition is intended to bolster Ukraine's combat capabilities.
