Typhoon Dolphin hits China: 1,500 flights canceled, mass evacuation near Shanghai

Typhoon Dolphin has prompted the cancellation of nearly 1,500 flights in Shanghai and placed parts of Beijing under flood alert. Authorities ordered mass evacuations of at-risk areas. The typhoon is weakening but continues to severely disrupt life across China.
