Flood funds scandal: money went to deputy agency chief's husband and her acquaintances

A Wirtualna Polska journalist revealed that substantial flood relief funds were paid out to the husband and acquaintances of a deputy head of a KO-linked agency, even though their properties were never flooded. Deputy Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka responded: "If all these findings are confirmed, it is a scandal."
