Typhoon Dolphin slams China — mass evacuations and flooding in Philippines

Typhoon Dolphin made landfall on the Chinese coast on Sunday evening, becoming the strongest typhoon to hit China this year. Thousands of people were evacuated ahead of the storm. The typhoon previously caused flooding in parts of the Philippines.
