Poles harshly critical of RCB emergency alerts — majority want overhaul

A poll by SW Research for Dziennik Gazeta Prawna found that Poles rate the effectiveness of Government Security Centre (RCB) alerts poorly. Respondents called for significant changes to the system and urged the government to take concrete steps to reform it.
