Łomża: child falls from 5th-floor balcony while intoxicated mother slept inside

A child fell from a fifth-floor balcony in Łomża, Poland. At the time of the incident, the child's mother was inside the flat in an intoxicated state, the Łomża Municipal Police confirmed. Police are investigating the incident.
