PiS moves to exit EU ETS after Senate blocks climate referendum twice

The Polish Senate rejected for the second time a presidential motion to hold a referendum on EU climate policy. In response, PiS announced it will submit a bill to withdraw Poland from the EU Emissions Trading System, according to MP Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.
