Siemoniak: Romanowski will sooner or later be brought back to Poland and detained

Tomasz Siemoniak, Poland's minister coordinating the special services, told TVN24 that former deputy justice minister Marcin Romanowski will "sooner or later" be caught and brought back to Poland. Siemoniak added that Romanowski is currently unable to use payment cards. He described Romanowski's situation as "dramatically difficult."
