Jannik Sinner skips Cincinnati ATP 1000 with right knee injury

World ATP number one Jannik Sinner will miss the ATP 1000 tournament in Cincinnati due to a right knee injury. It is the latest in a string of tournaments the Italian has been forced to withdraw from because of the problem.
