Eye exam device used by octogenarians may help protect astronauts' vision in space

Space agencies are working to prevent astronauts from losing their sight on long-duration missions. A portable eye examination device currently used for self-administered tests by people in their eighties is being considered for future space missions to continuously monitor crew ocular health.
