Morawiecki's natalist plan: parents take a quarter of children's pension contributions, risking minimum pensions for 80% of earners
Former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has proposed allowing parents to receive 25% of their adult children's pension contributions as a reward for raising them. According to analysis by oko.press, anyone earning up to 10,500 PLN gross — roughly 80% of Polish workers — would end up with only the minimum state pension. The scheme is intended as an incentive to boost the birth rate.
