Polish waste fees may rise from 40–50 zł to 70–80 zł per resident

Tomasz Uciński, president of the National Chamber of Waste Management, warned that waste management costs could rise from 40–50 zlotys to as much as 70–80 zlotys per resident per month in coming years. He cited the need to factor in the costs of the deposit-return system. Uciński also noted that Czechs pay roughly half the rates Poles currently do.
