4.5m złoty flood aid went to firms linked to a KO politician — with no evidence of flooding
A regional government-controlled agency disbursed 4.5 million złoty in flood relief to three companies from the same village. One firm belongs to the husband of the agency's vice-president, another to their neighbour, and the third to the owner of a local television station cooperating with the regional government. Fire brigade records and satellite data show no evidence that the properties in question were actually flooded.
